[EN] Stef is a critically acclaimed and award-winning director known for centering contemporary stories with a socio-political heart. She's held roles at some of the UK's most notable cultural organisations, including Interim Artistic Director at The Gate, Artistic Director of nabokov, and Associate Director at Paines Plough and Lyric Hammersmith, where she collaborated with exceptional UK writers. Her innovative storytelling spans multiple art forms, including theatre, music, raves, and spoken word, pushing the boundaries of both gigs and theatre. Notably, Stef directed the groundbreaking play "With a Little Bit of Luck" by Sabrina Mahfouz, the first radio play broadcast on BBC 1Xtra, which won Best Radio Production at the BBC Radio and Music Awards. Stef has also directed plays for criminal justice organizations Clean Break and Synergy, where she is currently an associate artist. CARE marks her film debut.
