Sladká Meduza

BIOGRAPHIE

[EN] Sladká Meduza is a director, screenwriter, and cinematographer. She graduated in Film from Centro Universitário UNA (2010) and is a prominent professional in Brazil’s queer audiovisual scene. Her recent works in cinematography include the feature documentary Bate Cabelo! (2025) and the fiction short films Paladino (2025), Translaçados (2024), and Pajubá (2023). She also worked as the cinematographer for the advertising campaign EU SOU, GP winner of the Glass Lion at Cannes 2021. Picumã is her first short film as a director. Currently, she is in the development stage of her first feature film, The Wig.
