SYNOPSIS

[EN] A provincial school is waiting for the official delegation from the Ministry bringing a new school bell. This is not what the school lacks though. It is two pupils under the state limits established to allow a school to exist. The principal does his best to mask the lack and to avoid the inevitable closure.
