SYNOPSIS

[EN] Gadanthara is a friendly employee of the Library of Minor Matters. His job is to make public the edicts of this secular institution. However, the Library of Minor Matters is going out of business and sends him to attach one last edict, one last chance for humanity to inscribe its minor matters.
