SYNOPSIS

[EN] A film-making crew is shooting the last scene of a movie called "The Wind Blows at Will" when their fan breaks down. At first, everyone tries to fix the fan, but it doesn't get fixed. Gradually, peripheral incidents make them forget what they were going to do.
