SYNOPSIS

[EN] Yoo-seok is a criminal with six previous fraud convictions, on his way to go fishing in a secluded countryside spot he accidentally hits a villager. Kang-ho, who is a native country police constable, witnessed the accident. He runs over the accident victim with his patrol car.
