SYNOPSIS

[EN] In the seaside village of Santa Maria la Scala, in Sicily, the Madonna feast is the occasion to re-populate the houses and the harbor, kept silent for the rest of the year. Young fishermen, old people and children are the living body of archaic rites connected to water.
