SYNOPSIS

[EN] Tetsuko is a girl with a dream. But after her mother Toshiko's illness worsens, she is sent to live with her uncle. She then decides to become a "witch" to fix her mother's illness with her magic, but her spontaneous actions cause confusion around her and she struggles to achieve her dream.
