SYNOPSIS

[EN] "The whistle man" was a figure of the Portuguese Seaside in Fascist Portugal. His story had so many versions that he had become a myth: he was believed to be either a poor crazy man who had lost his baby girl, a homeless man who lived off rich families' charity, a pedophile or a summer Father Christmas. His whistle announced his arrival, attracting boys and girls, or making them run away.
