SYNOPSIS

[EN] If you ask middle-class white people from Cape Town, South Africa, whether their nanny has running water at home, they most likely won’t know. Twenty-four years after the end of apartheid, those who don’t live in townships - where nannies are most likely to live - cannot enter them. Cultural misconceptions and divisions are still rife in Cape Town, where the privileged few don’t have first-hand knowledge of life conditions in the townships.
