SYNOPSIS

[EN] Once a year, a family gathers and takes on the challenge: making time to plant, harvest and produce handmade cassava flour in the countryside of the state of Alagoas; it is a food source which is the basis of Brazilian culture and the root of its people. A silent tradition that is slowly dying.
