SYNOPSIS

[EN] Michael Hiser was born in crippling poverty in Louisville, Kentucky. Michael started drinking and doing drugs at the age of eight, leading him down a path of addiction and in and out of prison. The last time he was arrested, Michael got to work, teaching himself to read and write and taking classes. He now lives outside of Louisville with his wife and child.
