SYNOPSIS

[EN] GIMHANAYE NETRA was shot in 2010 in my mother's village in Southern Sri Lanka — shortly after the civil war. Developed in collaboration with members of my family there, the narrative was improvised around an investigation into my mother's interactions with spirits in her community, when she was a child.
