SYNOPSIS

[EN] POWERLESS is an intimate drama set during the first and largest widespread blackout in Venezuela’s history. The film also drawn inspiration from a painting titled “Miranda en La Carraca”, perhaps the most popular, appealed, reproduced and used work in Venezuelan everyday culture.
