[EN] The late Fred Dewey’s essay What Is Power? on film becomes something like chorus rising to affirm what we find hardest to believe: that power does not in fact reside among the powerful but is always there for us to reclaim. This film adds to a text which asks: What is the real nature of power? How do we understand powerlessness? What happens when people read philosophy out loud to each other?
