SYNOPSIS

[EN] Near the end of his life, the painter Vincent van Gogh spent a year in Saint-Remy-de-Provence, in a psychiatric hospital that is still active today. The exclusively female patients that now stay there often spend their days like he did – painting. Vincent wrote many letters from Saint-Rémy, and in this film the current patients answer him. Where do they find consolation?
