SYNOPSIS

[EN] Màiri lives on a remote Scottish island, somewhere outside linear historical time. Her world is stitched together from myth and fantasy, roaming through a wordless dream state of sea, land and sky. The film is woven from local folktales and whispered stories of women’s lives ruptured by brutal, patriarchal violence. Màiri is forced to use all her powers of imagination to conjure an escape.
