SYNOPSIS

[EN] Sarah spends the night in the freezing cold outside the huge and hostile immigration office building, only to be the first in the queue for an appointment the next morning. A Kafkaesque nightmare begins and Sarah experiences how the authority's rules determine the fate of the people in the queue.
