SYNOPSIS
[EN] It is 1929, the Haitian island of Gonâve, a colonial road construction is underway. The island’s administrator, Faustin, contacts a journalist, driven by the situation of the island’s inhabitants and his unlikely friendship with Ti-Memenne. The arrival of the eccentric journalist brings unforeseen consequences and forces Faustin to take a stand. The film is a work of fiction inspired by true events.
