SYNOPSIS
[EN] Bill is the eldest of two brothers, but he's smaller than his younger brother by exactly one inch. Described as odd, impulsive, though undeniably sweet, Bill's struggles go fairly undetected in his sleepy Australian town. However, within him is a torrent of grief that latches onto a singular desire—being exactly one inch taller—as a way out.
