SYNOPSIS

[EN] Left Behind is a hybrid between documentary forms (shooting the real political events in Greece) and a fictional but realistic story that explores the breakup of a couple that was separated because of financial crisis. The movie also aspires to explore the space between the political and the gender identities and thus build a bridge between grand narratives and post-modern theories of identities.
