[EN] Antonia, wakes up to a day shaped entirely by her phone. From breakfast to bedtime, her life unfolds through notifications, viral videos, and social media, while the world around her—family, relationships, even her own body—begins to fade. Instant Gratification is a quiet yet incisive portrayal of screen addiction in the digital age. Through a minimalist and nearly wordless visual language, the film explores how the constant pursuit of virtual approval leads to emotional detachment and disconnection from the present moment.
