SYNOPSIS

[EN] Set in the looming days leading up to the new millennium, May, a neurodivergent 9-year-old, experiences an apocalyptic first period while her pregnant mother goes into an eternal slumber. Her neighbour, a strange old lady, obsessively blasts a poetry recital titled Hour of the Flower. As the world hurtles towards a celestial convergence in the form of an impending solar eclipse, May's inner turmoil intertwines with her first period, following her metamorphosis.
