[EN] Space Age follows two immigrant teenagers Ibo, from Syria, and Ali, from Pakistan who find themselves in a neglected internet café on the edges of Istanbul. Ali longs to video chat with his ill mother back home. Ibo, impulsive and restless, discovers a webcam chat left open on a nearby computer. As Ali waits for a connection to his past, Ibo dives headfirst into the digital illusion of intimacy with a stranger on screen. The film unfolds over a single, charged moment where silence, spectacle, and the yearning for contact collide.
