SYNOPSIS

[EN] In their new home, a remote military barrack, a group of young recruits in the German Armed Forces begin their first weeks of basic training. At its center is an 18-year-old who has committed to 17 years of service. Between discipline, peer pressure, and emerging doubt, he begins to question the supposed order of his new surroundings. The group he joins proves less uniform than expected. Time and again, he is confronted with moments of failure. One of his roommates, who also aspires to the same career path, comes under growing pressure. The young soldier observes these developments closely and tries to draw his own conclusions.
