SYNOPSIS

[EN] Elliot, a Chinese photography student in Los Angeles, drifts after graduation and a breakup. When she meets Jules, an actress playing Juliet, she becomes convinced they are fated lovers. The encounter recalls ‘The Peony Pavilion', a 16th-century Chinese play where a woman falls in love in a dream. As desire deepens, Elliot’s world unravels, and longing turns into a fragile search for beauty, identity, and belonging.
