SYNOPSIS

[EN] Theodore, an inconsolable widower from the upper class of Cotonou, is unable to mourn 15 years after the death of his wife. His life has been painfully frozen, since the moment she dead. Faousiath, a young single mother from the poor class, gets a life-saving weekly job: washing the beautiful dresses that belonged to Théodore's wife, dresses that are a real treasure for the man. Impressed by her client's home, the laundress quickly imagines that she has found a future for her 7-year-old son, Elie.
