[EN] Alya is a young Turkish poet who finds herself living in Rome, Italy. The problem is, she cannot rid her mind of her home city and country. She spends her day biking through Villa Pamphili Park reciting poems by Orhan Veli, attempting to translate them into Italian. The sounds in her head fluctuate between Galata Port in Istanbul and Roman cicadas. Suddenly, she hears a familiar sound - the Turkish Snap. She follows the snap and finds a basket of figs and the source of the snap - Gresa, who speaks a foreign tongue from Alya but somehow knows the snap. Together, they embark on a journey through the park as Alya begins to feel less homesick through connecting the Roman & Ottoman Empires.
