SYNOPSIS

A mother's comforting tales of a remote Finnish island is an imagined paradise, but a journey to the island reveals that something is missing. This essayistic documentary explores inherited emotions and behaviours and how spaces can be created to offer the opportunity of reconciliation between generations of women.
